Does Learnybox integrate with our internal tools?

Yes. Learnybox connects to your HR, CRM and other systems through the API, webhooks and connectors (Zapier, Make).

Is our data secure?

Data is hosted in Europe, in line with the GDPR. Custom roles with rights per feature control who sees what, administrators log in with two-factor authentication, and you keep learners’ login and activity history.

Can we migrate from another LMS?

Yes. Your SCORM modules and content import into Learnybox. Migration is not included in the licence: the demo is where we look at how to bring over what you have.

Can we separate customer, partner and employee spaces?

Yes. Each audience has its own space, with its learning paths and access rights, all managed from the same platform.

Can employees log in with their company credentials?

Yes. Company licences offer SSO, so your teams log in with their usual credentials.

How are company licences priced?

On quotation, based on the number of learners and the features you need. The demo is used to build a tailored proposal.

Does the demo commit us to anything?
