What does Learnybox bring to a training organisation?

An LMS and sales tools in the same platform. For training: learning paths, SCORM modules, assessments, learner tracking, automatic certificates and exports for Qualiopi. For sales: catalogue and online shop, sales funnels, email, webinars and CRM. Automations link the two, from enrolment to certificate.

Does Learnybox help with Qualiopi?

Yes. Learnybox provides evidence of follow-up for Qualiopi: learners’ progress and activity, assessment and satisfaction survey results, attendance sheets from live webinars and certificates. This data can be exported for your audits. Administrative work goes through Formdev, natively connected. The certification remains your organisation’s: Learnybox provides the evidence, not the certificate.

Can Learnybox connect to the CPF or a funder?

No, Learnybox is not connected to EDOF. Online training is what we do: Learnybox provides the evidence that your learners did follow the course (certificates, webinar attendance, assessments, exports). Administrative work and funder invoicing go through Formdev, natively connected.

Are certificates automatic?

Yes. The completion certificate goes out automatically, as does the certificate of attendance after a live webinar. Learnybox does not generate training agreements: administrative work goes through Formdev, natively connected.

Can attendance be handled remotely?

Yes, in live webinars. Attendance is recorded automatically after the number of minutes you set, and each participant’s time attended is tracked. The attendance sheet can be exported and the certificate of attendance goes out automatically.

How do I track attendance and progress?

For each learner, you see their progress, assessment results, last activity and login history. This data can be exported for your funders or audits.

Are my courses protected?

Yes. Your content is hosted in Europe. You can restrict access by group, set a validity period and block video downloads.

How do I give access to my trainers?

With the default roles (Editor, Coach, Trainer, Administrator) or custom roles with rights per feature. Administrators log in with two-factor authentication.

Why are prices not shown?

Each licence depends on your needs: number of learners and features. The demo is used to build a proposal for your organisation.

Isn’t a plan for independent creators enough?

No, it lacks what a training organisation needs: SCORM, training documents, coaches and trainers, exports and logs, SSO/SAML… The licence includes them, with a dedicated account manager, and adapts as your needs grow.
