Can I try Learnybox for free?
Yes. The free account needs no credit card, no commitment and has no time limit, and you can make up to €1,000 in sales.
You are notified by email as you approach and pass that threshold. After 7 days’ notice the account is suspended; it unlocks in one click when you move to a paid plan.
How do I choose my plan?
Free to try with one course. Launch to sell regularly. Boost when your catalogue grows: unlimited courses, affiliate program, API. Scale for an academy under your own brand, with white label and support within 24 hours.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
With a yearly plan you get two months free: Launch at $490 a year instead of $588, Boost at $990 instead of $1,188, Scale at $1,790 instead of $2,148.
Are there costs on top of the subscription?
Hosting and support are included. Transaction fees apply if you collect payments with LearnyPay, the built-in payment processor. You can also connect your Stripe, PayPal or GoCardless accounts.
On the free account, payments go through Stripe or LearnyPay.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrading takes one click; to downgrade, just contact the subscription team. Your data stays intact.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Stripe, PayPal, LearnyPay, GoCardless, Paybox, Braintree, Secure & Pay and Checkout.com, among others. VAT is set once in your account, then applied by the customer’s country.
What help is included?
Support answers within 48 hours, from the free plan. You are offered a video onboarding session, and the online help centre is available at any time.
On a paid plan, group troubleshooting sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, and you can book a video call with support. Support is provided in French.
