Who gets the sale?
Visitors often click several links before buying. By default they are tracked for life; you can shorten that, and give the sale to the last link clicked. Change the settings to see who earns the commission.

Does Learnybox pay my affiliates?
No. Learnybox calculates each affiliate’s commissions and balance. You send the transfer yourself, then record it on the affiliate’s profile to update their balance.
How long is a visitor tracked?
For life by default. You can shorten the tracking, to 30 days for example.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
With a guarantee period, commissions are tracked but held for the number of days you choose. They only reach the affiliate’s balance at the end of that period.
Can I keep a campaign for some affiliates only?
Yes. A campaign can be open to all your affiliates or to a few of them, and you can approve each sign-up by hand.
Do my affiliates join my email list?
Yes. You can add them automatically to LearnyMail or to your autoresponder, and send them promotion emails that already contain their link.
