Can I see where each learner stands?
Yes. For each learner, you see their progress module by module, their quiz and assessment results, their last activity and their login history.
Can a quiz block the rest of the course?
Yes, on the Scale plan. A module can unlock only once the quiz or assessment of the previous module is passed.
How do I nudge a learner who falls behind?
With the automatic reminder to inactive learners, or a private message. You can also post an update for all the course members.
Can I reset a learner’s progress?
Yes. A learner’s progress can be reset, for instance when they start the course again.
I’m a training organisation: can I export the data for audits?
Learner exports and history are part of the licences for training organisations and companies: they are evidence of follow-up for your audits. Administrative work (agreements, funder invoicing) goes through Formdev, natively connected.
