Learnybox notifies your server at each event: sale, new contact, course, webinar, community or affiliate. If your server doesn’t answer, the call is retried five times. The API v2 accepts 20,000 calls a day.

What can trigger a sequence?

A purchase, a webinar sign-up or an abandoned cart, for example. Each step can then wait a few minutes, hours or days.

Can a sequence adapt to each contact?

Yes. A step can depend on an open, a click, a tag or a contact field, and send everyone down the follow-up that fits them.

Which tools is Learnybox already connected to?

LearnyPay, Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless and PayPlug for payments, Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and GetResponse for email marketing, Twilio for SMS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Facebook pixel for analytics, and SSO.

Are Zapier, Make and the API included?

Yes, from the Boost plan. Webhooks complement the API, and an MCP server is in progress.

What if my server misses a webhook?

The call is retried five times. The body of each webhook is encrypted.
